Cinnamon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugars, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir well.
    Add to creamed mixture, beating well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Shape dough into two 10-inch rolls.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill at least 8 hours.
    Unwrap rolls and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Let cool on wire rack.
    Makes 6 1/2 dozen.
