Putpoluk Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and add to flour with rest of water.
    Mix and knead.
    Raise to double. Roll about 13 x 17-inches (large cookie sheet).
    Raise to double. Prick all over with fork before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Take from oven and brush with oleo.
    Cool.
