Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. peeled, cored and drained zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pineapple extract
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Can; process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
Freeze if desired.
