Low-Fat Tuna Vegetable Pita Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish (optional)
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    6 1/8 oz. can tuna (packed in water)
    2 (6-inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half
    2 c. loosely packed, thinly sliced romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
    Add carrot and next 4 ingredients; toss gently.
    Line each pita with 1/2 cup lettuce; fill each with 1/2 cup tuna salad.
    Serves 4.
