Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except carrots and nuts with electric beater.
    Fold in carrots and nuts by hand.
    Grease 5 x 9-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Two 1 pound loaf pans may be used; bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes before turning out onto wire rack.
