Cauliflower Grates With Chiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) green chiles
    1/2 c. onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cover and
    cook
    cauliflower
    in
    small amount of water until tender.
    Combine
    next 7 ingredients.
    Add cauliflower. Spoon into a
    buttered 2 quart dish.
    Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over
    casserole.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
