Chocolate Chip Cookies(Lower Cholesterol And Saturated Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. Canola oil
    2 egg whites (if jumbo, add another if not jumbo)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Beat together the oil, egg whites, sugars and vanilla.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    When it is mixed well, add the chocolate chips.
    (This will look and feel a little different than regular dough, but it works.)
    Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet (Teflon or use spray).
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
