2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butter
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour and baking soda.
In a bowl, beat the butter with mixer on medium for 30 seconds.
Add both sugars and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add dry ingredients and beat until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
