White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a large bowl thoroughly mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Combine water, milk and margarine in a saucepan.
    Heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Add 1 cup flour or enough to make a thick batter. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Turn onto lightly floured board.
