Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. saltines, crushed
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk (skimmed)
    1 small can pimientos, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients an put in buttered casserole.
    Dot top with butter (1 tablespoon).
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered,
    in
    400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake for 5
    minutes
    longer.
    Makes 8 servings.
    Each serving contains 145 calories, 40 grams protein and 4.1 grams of fat.
