Buttermilk Cinnamon Swirl Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. In another bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and buttermilk; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill two greased 8 x 4 or five 5 x 2 loaf pans about one-third full. Combine swirl ingredients; sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter. Top with remaining batter, then remaining cinnamon sugar. Swirl batter with a knife. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 - 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
