Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. rum
1 egg white, beaten
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Put sugar through strainer.
Add flour, salt and rum.
Fold in egg white, then pecans.
Bake, on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam, at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
