Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda (if plain flour)
2 c. pumpkin (one 16 oz. can)
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Bake approximately 1 hour in greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pans.
