Strawberry Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. strawberries
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Chill until syrupy.
Fold in berries and egg whites. Chill until firm.
