Italian Orange Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    2 cubes butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    rind and juice of 2 oranges
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a very large bowl or pan. Make a deep well and put in the softened butter or margarine, orange rind, juice and eggs.
    Work all this together until the dough holds well enough to roll.
    Take a little dough at a time. Roll out on board and slice 1-inch widths and place not too close together on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
