Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in continuance order from top to bottom, ending with zucchini.
    Put mixture in 9 x 5-inch pan.
    Preheat oven to 330\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
