Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients and softened butter, mixing until blended.
Spread in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Makes one loaf. Bread may be frozen.
