Nell'S Breakaway Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Crisco shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. plain flour
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
In large bowl, pour boiling water over Crisco; stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, salt, eggs, flour and yeast; mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Let stand at room temperature 2 hours.
Roll and cut out.
Butter. Let rise 2 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 pans.
