Southwestern Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
    2 c. cottage cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexican corn, drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Top with additional picante sauce and sour cream.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
