Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 pkg. or cakes yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together in bowl.
    Then add flour, 2 cups at a time.
    Place in a bowl (greased) and cover with a damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator.
    You can keep it in refrigerator for about 3 days.
    Make into buns or loaves and let rise about 2 hours before baking.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done.
