Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts or raisins, optional
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except flour. Then add flour.
    Mix well with spoon.
    Bake for one hour in two well greased loaf pans at 300\u00b0.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing or freezing.
