Scalloped Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 c. firmly packed cubed white bread (crust removed)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Gently fold in bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    (Great side dish with ham.)
