Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. potato water
2 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
12 c. flour
1/2 c. melted shortening
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Add the potato water and cooled milk.
Next, add the salt, 1/2 cup sugar and 4 cups flour.
Mix well and add shortening and 8 more cups flour.
Mix until smooth. Place dough in large, greased bowl.
Cover and let rise to double.
