Beef Cookies(Yields 112 Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    2 c. ground roast
Preparation
    Mix together brown sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Combine dry ingredients with batter and stir in potato chips and ground roast. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
    Bake about 10 minutes (or until slightly brown) in a 400\u00b0 oven.
