Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
uncooked manicotti shells
1 large can diced tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown meat and onions; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan, eggs, 1/2 can sauce and seasonings. Fill shells with meat mixture. Place in dish and pour cornbread, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted.
