Easy Monkey Bread(Quick Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits, quartered
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag; set aside.
    Combine brown sugar and butter in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Turn off flame; stir in vanilla.
    Set aside.
    Place biscuits, a few at a time, in plastic bag.
    Shake to coat.
    Arrange half biscuits in greased 12-cup Bundt cake pan.
    Pour half brown sugar mixture over biscuits.
    Sprinkle half nuts over brown sugar mixture.
    Repeat layers with remaining biscuits, brown sugar mixture and nuts. Bake in 350\u00b0 gas oven 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven; invert onto serving plate immediately.
    Yield: 10 servings.
