Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter
    3 bell peppers
    3 celery stalks
    4 onions (green onions optional)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (hot)
    1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half cream
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients.
    In another pot, melt hot cheese, mild cheese and cream, then add vegetables.
    Should be thick, so will probably need to add cornstarch and milk mixture.
    Next add 3 pounds raw crawfish; cook 20 minutes.
    In meantime, boil bag of egg noodles.
    When boiled, add to crawfish mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
