Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. orange peel
2 Tbsp. warm water
1/2 c. nutmeats
1 c. halved cherries
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, egg, juice and warm water.
Add peel, nutmeats, flour and baking powder.
Fold in cherries.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
