Italian Egg Biscuits(Lemon Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Make a well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix with hands until dough is smooth and forms a ball.
    If dough is sticky, add more flour.
    Take small amounts of dough (the size of a walnut) and roll into balls (flour hands to prevent sticking).
    Place on greased cookie sheet; bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes approximately 4 dozen.
    Frost with a Confectioners Sugar Icing.
