Light Bread Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water (dissolve yeast)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix like biscuits.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Work down. Make biscuits.
    Before done, brush top with melted butter.
