Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked zucchini
    1 c. Milnot or Carnation evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and cook zucchini; put in blender with all the other ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then in a 350\u00b0 oven until set (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top of pie before baking, if desired.
