Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped fine
    1/2 c. pecans
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients to juice, egg, cranberries and pecans. Pour into bread pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Bread freezes well.
