Foil-Baked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey (half, whole or pieces)
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. crumbled basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle underside of turkey lightly with salt.
    Cream butter, cheese, flour, herbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper together. Spread over skin of turkey.
    Place on sheet of heavy foil and bring edges together up over meat and fold over twice.
    Fold ends twice to seal.
    Place packet in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
    Open foil carefully and pour off juices.
    Slice meat and serve with juices.
