Pepper Kakor-Swedish Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. dark Karo syrup
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour; add flour gradually.
    Dough will be very stiff.
    Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut into 2 1/2 to 3-inch circles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen cookies.
