Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can whole tomatoes, diced
    1 large green sweet pepper, seeded and diced
    3 jalapeno peppers (seeds and all), diced
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all in large pot.
    Boil slowly for about 30 minutes, or until onions are cooked (transparent).
    If you do not have jalapeno peppers, use 3 long red peppers or 1/4 teaspoon red pepper.
    Pour while hot into sterilized jars and seal.
    Yields 2 to 3 pints.
    Use on cold cuts and scrambled eggs.
