Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, chopped or grated (do not peel)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar and oil; mix well.
    Mix together dry ingredients; add them alternately to zucchini.
    Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
    Put batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
    Bake for 75 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
