Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter, cocoa, margarine and vanilla.
Slowly bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
Add oats; beat well.
Add coconut and nuts; mix well and beat until creamy like fudge.
Drop onto heavy waxed paper with a teaspoon.
When cool, lift up with spatula.
Makes about 72 cookies.
