The Best Toll House Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1/2 regular size Hershey bar
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together the first 3 ingredients. Add the well beaten eggs.
    Stir in the salt, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and flour.
    Next, using a blender, grind to a fine powder the oatmeal. Add the Hershey bar, which has been frozen. Blend this to a fine powder.
    Add the blender contents to the first mixture.
    Add the chocolate chips and nuts.
    Mix everything together.
    Place golf ball size cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 10 to 13 minutes, no more.
