Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    buttered noodles
Preparation
    Chop onion small, place in frying pan (or large skillet) and add a little vegetable oil and brown.
    Add ground beef and brown. Discard juices.
    Put soup and sour cream in pan with ground beef and stir.
    Let simmer about 5 minutes to warm and then use flour to thicken.
    This Stroganoff should be thick almost like sauce.
    Let simmer about another 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles with a side salad.
