Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine beef, sausage, rice, salt, pepper and egg.
    Form into 6 oval patties.
    Place in an 11 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
