Zucchini Crabcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients.
    Add dry ingredients. Mix.
    Shape into cakes.
    Semi-freeze on cookie sheet.
    Cover with additional bread crumbs before frying.
    Yields 8 to 9 cakes.
    Freeze unused cakes.
