Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

butter or margarine (for pan)
12 large marshmallows
1 lb. milk chocolate, broken into chunks
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. dry roasted cashews

Preparation

Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Cut marshmallows into quarters and set aside.
