Zucchini Bread(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (2 tsp. for dusting pans)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    6 egg whites or 3/4 c. egg substitute
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. lightly packed zucchini, grated
    1 c. raisins
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg whites or egg substitute with sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini and raisins.
    By hand, stir in flour mixture just until flour is blended.
    Spray 2 (4 x 8-inch) loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray and dust with 2 teaspoons flour.
    Divide batter into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves or 32 (1-slice) servings.
