Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground beef, add onion, green pepper and celery; cook until onions are tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add soup and seasonings.
