Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour, sift then measure
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson or Mazola oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add oil, bananas and sifted dry ingredients. Mix after adding each ingredient.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then 325\u00b0 for another 20 minutes until brown.
    Test with toothpick.
    Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
