Pumpkin Bread To Share - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine
all
dry
ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add pecans.
Divide batter into three parts and
bake
in greased and floured 1 pound coffee cans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool slightly and carefully remove from cans; place on wire racks to cool.
