Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 to 3 tsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, baking powder, baking soda, flour, salt, sour cream and almond flavoring, blending well.
Layer half of the batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Spread half of the cranberry sauce and sprinkle half of the nuts on top.
Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cranberry sauce and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
