Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. finely chopped zucchini
1/2 box instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix well first 4 ingredients.
Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
