Tabouli(Parsley And Cracked Wheat Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches parsley
    1 to 3 bunches scallions
    4 Tbsp. dried mint or 4 sprigs fresh mint
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. fine bulghur No. 1 (cracked wheat)
    5 tomatoes
    8 lemons (approximately)
    head of romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Cut off stems of parsley, leaving the florets.
    Pick leaves off mint stems (if using fresh).
    Wash parsley in bowl, rinsing and draining until all sand has disappeared.
    Drain well.
    Wash mint. Mince the parsley very fine, using a knife or food processor.
    Cut the mint in small pieces.
