Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut
1 medium onion
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Squeeze kraut dry; add celery, onion and green pepper.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together and pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand for several hours.
Keep in refrigerator for several days.
